Assistant Branch Manager opportunity at Syston!

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our highly successful team in Syston.

Your role is to make sure that:

  • customers receive brilliant service
  • your team is properly trained and motivated
  • you build branch sales and profits
  • you generate new customers
  • you run an efficient and effective operation by managing your stock and properly utilising your vehicles
  • all mandatory training is completed and the branch is a safe place to work

We are looking for people with the following experience:

  • strong sales experience
  • builders merchant experience
  • ideally previous experience of managing people
  • experience of working in a sales or customer service role
  • experience in the building industry
  • great planning and organisation skills
  • a driving licence (preferred)
